These apartments are in the process of being renovated and from what I can see so far - they are looking amazing! Thank you management for making our home so beautiful. Definitely check it out!

I love the fact that Kipling is a historic building which is why I wanted to stop by and tour the community. The lobby area has a 1920 modern vibe and thought it was really cool, I toured a couple of units and was impressed with the updated brick wall units and best part of all....affordable living!!

I'm so happy here! To be able to find affordable living just outside of downtown is a dream come true. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and whenever I've put in a maintenance request, it's been fulfilled the same day. I also have a great view of the city, respectful neighbors, and a great place to get my work done from home while Covid is happening. It's my dream apartment, a home that I've made my own, and I plan to stay here for years to come!

This place is a hidden gem in midtown! Fortunately and unfortunately I am leaving after a year to thru-hike the pacific crest trail. I am a retired teacher from Kentucky and I'm on a journey of a lifetime! I relentlessly looked for housing in LA, I mean relentlessly! Kipling is amazing!

Moving from Monrovia to Koreatown and I came across this hidden gem Kipling Apartments... toured the place and it was perfect! The renovation and hotel vibe was amazing. I met with the community manager Maira, she was amazing...answered all my questions, very welcoming & very professional

I've been living here for over a year and have had a very pleasant stay thus far. It is reasonably priced and centrally located which is imperative if you're a young professional starting out a career in the city. Public transportation is very accessible! Management is great and I believe it is because the women behind the team are very knowledgeable and welcoming!

Just moved out from living there one year.. absolutely no complaints about the apartment! Manager on site is Adrianna, and she was more than professional and always available. Maintenance requests , small ones I had, was always taken care of promptly.

This place is great for a the price and location. The laundry has a mobile app you can pay with, which is pretty cool instead of finding coins. It is a pretty quiet building and all the tenants are friendly. There are plenty markets and really good restaurants walking distance of the building.

I lived here for 1 year and loved it! It was just the right size and location is perfect! Such cute spaces and you can really make it what you want. There are MANY great eats and drinks walking distance. There is a fitness center on the first floor and laundry on-site. For those looking to begin life in Los Angeles at a great affordable place, this will make a great home!
